Collin was very professional and made sure to answer all of my questions to help ease my mind on the whole water tank fiasco . They are very friendly and id recommend this company to all my friends and family. My mother in-law used there services and they did amazing work at a decent price as well.

Colin and Noah were great and were able to repair my hot water heater quickly and for a reasonable price.

Collin arrived on time, performed the work, chatted a few minutes and left. My job was a small clog, but my plunging it didn't work. He unclogged my toilet and made it look easy. I will definitely refer him to friends, and I will call him again when necessary.

Great in the planning phase. Showed up on time. Did a great job doing the install. Will definitely use Clark Plumbing again. Nice job with the rough-in of the new valve.

I have now used Clark plumbing for several jobs, and will be using them from now on:
-The work is done to proper, truly professional grade standards, and explained clearly and honestly
-Communication is prompt, courteous, and helpful, and accurate
-Schedules are respected
-The team goes above and beyond to support a successful outcome. For a recent gas water heater replacement in a big renovation, we had not yet gotten the CO detectors installed, just not thinking about them as part of passing inspection. Clark plumbing offered to handle this for us, free of charge, and because they prompted this action, inspection was passed without having to do more follow ups on our part. Few, if any, service providers would even consider doing something not only outside of the original scope, but not even part of the normal services they provide, much less offer to do it without being asked first.

I am normally very picky about services like this, scrutinizing every detail, and taking painstaking steps to define the scope of work to ensure I’m getting what I expect, having been burned before when failing to do so. Clark has made it into my very short list of contractors that are basically “hands off.” I can just point them to the issue, and know that it will be handled effectively and properly, at a cost that’s very reasonable for the quality of the service. I am confident to the point where I can recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Collin was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. What was supposed to be a quick fix hooking up a refrigerator water line became more complicated due to older home with galvanized pipes. Collin kept me informed as repairs were made. Gave recommendations for future work due to age of home and pipes. Made sure all plumbing issues were taken care of before he left; going above and beyond. Highly recommend! I will be asking for his help with future work in updating the plumbing.
